Ren’s creative journey has taken her far beyond traditional studios. She spent more than five years traveling full-time across the country in an Airstream, documenting landscapes, people, and moments from the road. Her work is deeply influenced by time spent in the wild, always with a camera in hand.

In addition to her work above ground, Ren is also a certified scuba diving instructor who loves introducing students to the underwater world — an experience that reflects her passion for education, exploration, and visual storytelling.

As a KC native, she and her husband enjoy exploring KC neighborhoods and immersing themselves in the community that makes the city unique.
