  1. Acceptance of Terms
  By accessing or using any services provided by Square One Media Productions ("Square One," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of
  Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.                                                                                                          
   
  2. Services                                                                                                                                                     
  Square One provides real estate photography and videography services, as well as a job management platform ("Square One Plus") used by our team members and
  contractors to receive assignments and manage their schedules.                                                                                                  
  
  3. SMS and Text Message Communications                                                                                                                          
  By providing your phone number and creating an account on Square One Plus, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages related to job assignments,
  booking confirmations, schedule updates, reminders, and cancellations.                                                                                          
                  
  - Message frequency varies based on job activity.                                                                                                               
  - Message and data rates may apply through your wireless carrier.
  - To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.                            
  - To opt back in, reply START.                                                                                                                                  
  - For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@squareonepros.com.                                                                                              
  - No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.                                                  
                                                                                                                                                                  
  4. User Responsibilities                                                                                                                                        
  You agree to provide accurate contact information, notify us if your phone number changes, and use the Square One Plus platform only for its intended purpose.  
  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.                                                                            
  
  5. Intellectual Property                                                                                                                                        
  All media produced by Square One photographers remains the property of Square One until delivered to the client under the terms of the applicable licensing
  agreement. Clients receive an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use delivered media for real estate purposes.                                       
   
  6. Limitation of Liability                                                                                                                                      
  Square One is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or platform. Our total liability in any matter
  is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.                                                                                             
   
  7. Changes to These Terms                                                                                                                                       
  We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
                                                                                                                                                                  
  8. Governing Law
  These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
